There is a serious lack of discipline out there as players strive to make gold in ways that just don’t make sense. So, to help you overcome the mishmashed, farming-based way that a lot of other players say will help you make gold, I want to make sure you use this guide as it was intended.
1. Read As Written
I wrote this guide in a specific order to teach you the ins and outs of the WoW economy starting with the tools you need, then the tasks you must complete, followed by the items you should be selling. So, don’t say to yourself “pshaw, I already know how to use the Auction House. I don’t need this section”. There might be tips and strategies in here you’ve never even heard of so keep reading and keep trying because you probably need what’s in here.
2. Keep an Open Mind
You might have heard from a buddy whose sister’s best friend’s little brother is in a top raiding guild that something doesn’t work. Don’t freak out. Keep reading. I guarantee the strategies you’re about to read really work. I’ve seen them, used them, and tested them more than a few times to make sure and this stuff is golden.
3. Work Now for Results Later
Lots of the stuff I tell you up front involves tons of in-depth work, reading, writing, and preparing to craft certain items, buying and selling others and turning your game on not to play, but to…scan? So, I understand if you’re already a little apprehensive. It’s only natural. I’m laying out spreadsheets and in-depth screenshot tutorials and you want to play your freaking game. But bear with me; in time, you’ll be done farming AND recording and can use all the gold I’m about to get you just to play the freaking game.
